Meet Seth & Spencer!

These two endearing little boys are brothers and best of friends. Seth purrs non-stop and Spencer loves to play with toys.
They both go crazy for Temptations treats and really enjoy the company of people.

Seth & Spencer have Cebellar Hypoplasia...sounds scary but it really isn't!
Here is an explaination...

Cerebellar hypoplasia is a non-progressive, noncontagious neurological condition that results in walking and balance problems. A kitten is born with “CH” when her cerebellum, the part of the brain that controls fine motor skills and coordination, is underdeveloped at birth.

They will never get any worse and in fact many CH kittens do improve their motors skills over time and can learn to climb & jump short heights.

Seth & Spencer were rescued from a feral colony living around a gas station. They were born outside and had lots of human contact from the people feeding them. Once rescued and brought inside, they took very little time to warm up to people. Seth loves to be held like a baby and will purr for you non-stop. Spencer loves to be around people and likes to be held for short periods of time but is more content to just be close by to you.

Seth & Spencer are considerate moderate CH. They are quite mobile and can move quickly. When they are comfy and relaxed in their environment, they can walk quite well with a few tumbles here and there. They love to play with toys, chase laser lights and generally play, drink and eat just like any other kittens!

They use a covered litterbox with ease and never have accidents. They groom themselves and require very little help from their foster home to keep themselves nice and clean. The only thing they do require is to be on one level as stairs at this time are just not possible. The foster homes uses a large comforter on the wood floor in the foster room to give them extra grip on the floor when they walk but they can also walk on wood floors with little trouble. There is very little changes that would have to happen in your home in order for Seth & Spencer to live a comfortable life.

Seth & Spencer have been neutered and vaccinated.
They are healthy & happy and ready to become your little boys!

CH kittens are often written off as not having a good "quality of life" and are often put down before they are even given a chance.
Luckily Seth & Spencer were taken in by Urban Cat Relief and not admitted to a shelter where they would never have been given a chance. These two kiitens are full of life and love, they may walk a little funny and have some tumbles, but they deserve a loving and accepting home just like any other kitten.
