This stunning little kitten was just rescued out of car wash parking lot on Bathurst Street..We think that she may have been trapped inside a car engine and escaped when the car was parked in the lot. For 5 days she was spotted running and hiding.

A UCR volunteer was called and trapped her very quickly and she was taken to a vet to be checked out right away.

Mercedes is doing great! She has had a bath and is all cleaned up now and eating well. She has been fully examined and received her 1st vaccines.

She loves to play play play and once you pick her up she starts to purr. She loves to be pet and have attention. Mercedes is currently fostered with another kitten named Chandler who is also available for adoption. If you are considering adopting two kitten, please check out Chandler. They get along very well together.

Adopting two kittens is a smart idea especially if you are away all day at work. Kittens love to be in pairs and you will have double the fun watching them play!

Mercedes is now looking for her very own home to keep her as an indoor cat.
She will be spayed prior to adoption.
